Inspiring Women Nomination Form

Welcome to "Inspiring Women." 

Complete this nomination form for anyone you think is worthy of being recognized as an "Inspiring Woman in Ontario."

Everyone who is nominated as an Inspiring Woman will received a printable certificate recognizing them and you for nominating them.  They will also be invited to participate in a compilation book.

There are two criteria for being nominated:

  • The woman MUST have inspired you in some way.
  • The woman must reside in or be from Ontario.

For the record, inspiration can be big (suffragettes) or small (sharing a smile on a dreary day).  Be sincere and that is all that matters.
