Inspiring Men Nomination Form

Welcome to "Inspiring Men." 

Complete this nomination form for anyone you think is worthy of being recognized as an "Inspiring Man in Ontario."

Everyone who is nominated as an Inspiring Man will received a printable certificate recognizing them and you for nominating them.  They will also be invited to participate in a compilation book.

There are two criteria for being nominated:

  • The man MUST have inspired you in some way.
  • The man must reside in or be from Ontario.

For the record, inspiration can be big or small.  Be sincere and that is all that matters.
